Vice President of Tech Solutions

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is highly preferred. - Over five years of progressive experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives, effectively operating and influencing across the organization in complex contexts. - A minimum of four years of experience supporting technology systems that facilitate the distribution of vendor products. - Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills; capable of influencing senior management across various business lines to achieve shared objectives. - Demonstrated data literacy, with the ability to articulate business use cases and analytical approaches clearly to diverse stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Proven ability to drive business, culture, and technology changes in dynamic and complex environments. - Broad experience in multiple domains such as data warehousing, business intelligence, data governance, and predictive analytics is beneficial but not mandatory. - Excellent prioritization, project management, and planning skills, from inception through to completion. - Superior verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team. - Capacity to influence and work with senior management. - Adaptability to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. - Self-directed with a keen attention to detail and reporting. - High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and various internet applications.
