Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Masters degree preferred). - 15+ years of overall professional experience. - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. - 5+ years in an integration lead role with development experience. - 5+ years in formulating vision, strategy, and product roadmap. - Prior experience as a software engineer or in a technical capacity. - Deep understanding of software development practices, including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. - Familiarity with development projects, cloud platforms, and contemporary technology stacks. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Significant experience in Integration Services. - Familiar with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence; adept at translating, analyzing, and simplifying requirements to create epics and stories while adhering to best practices. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate discussions between technical teams and business entities. - Proven history of contributing to product vision and roadmap. - Strong leadership capabilities to guide and inspire the team. - Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex issues.

Responsibilities

- Define and manage the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders. - Convert business requirements into comprehensive product specifications and user stories. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure prompt and quality delivery of products. - Prioritize features and improvements based on customer insights, business impact, and technical practicality. - Serve as a liaison between technical groups and non-technical stakeholders. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine product strategy. - Track product performance and iterate based on data analytics and user feedback. - Ensure that product objectives align with company goals and maintain compliance with relevant standards. - Act as the main point of contact between customers and the development & platform engineering teams. - Work with stakeholders to clarify and refine the product vision and roadmap. - Ensure that the product vision aligns with business objectives and customer expectations. - Articulate the vision and roadmap to the development team, ensuring their understanding and commitment. - Create, update, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent and accessible to the team. - Prioritize features, user stories, and tasks based on business relevance, customer insights, and technical feasibility. - Provide support and guidance to the development team to ensure timely and high-quality output. - Monitor product metrics and quality indicators to identify areas for enhancement. - Research and propose bespoke designs to address client or business challenges, interpreting business requirements into application configuration tasks. - Influence process and productivity enhancements within existing operations by analyzing current processes against system capabilities and expected improvements. - Define return on investment and achieve consensus with operations and engineering teams regarding related ROI and resource allocation. - Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements, ensuring essential features are delivered promptly. - Engage with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions. - Serve as the main point of contact for all feature-related queries, clarify priorities, and manage cross-functional dependencies. - Collect feedback from stakeholders, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry best practices to facilitate continuous improvements. - Negotiate trade-offs and adapt priorities based on resource limitations and urgent business needs.
