Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in SAP integration development and operations.
- More than 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP CPI.
- Proficient in ABAP (IDOCs, BAPI, RFC), REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON, and transformation logic.
- Practical experience with Advanced Event Mesh, APIs, and Cloud Console.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA integration scenarios.
- Background in project management methodologies.
- Strong expertise in platform administration, operational support, and incident management.
- Skilled in Java, Groovy, or Python.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL) and relational databases (SAP HANA, Oracle).
- Preferred SAP certifications in Integration Suite, BTP, or Cloud Platform Integration.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Awareness of event-driven architectures and microservices.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with SAP Open Connectors, Graph API, and CAPM.
- Comprehensive understanding of integration protocols and tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on operational excellence.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Collaborative and proactive in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities
- Manage and operate SAP BTP environments, including user roles, API provisioning, and connectivity.
- Design, develop, and implement complex integration flows utilizing SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, and Advanced Event Mesh.
- Oversee daily operations, including performance tuning, incident resolution, and monitoring of integration platforms.
- Configure and uphold Solace/Event Mesh messaging infrastructure, including topics, queues, and subscriptions, to ensure stability.
- Lead migration projects transitioning from legacy platforms (e.g., SAP PI/PO) to SAP Integration Suite.
- Enforce and support API-first integration designs, ensuring secure and scalable interfaces using REST/SOAP.
- Use SAP Solution Manager, CPI Monitoring Dashboards, and SAP BTP Admin tools for effective system monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and facilitate technical knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Improve existing integrations for enhanced performance, maintainability, and error management.
- Participate in Agile events and champion continuous improvements in integration operations.
- Interact with tools like ElasticSearch and Splunk for logging, diagnostics, and operational insights.
- Adhere to and uphold all company standards regarding integration development, encompassing security, performance, and resilience.
- Provide on-call production support as required.
