Senior Manager, Data Analytics

- Serve as a trusted advisor, linking business requirements with technical execution across cross-functional teams. - Foster data literacy through training programs for functional partners and encourage the adoption of self-service analytics. - Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for the Center of Excellence. - Organize training sessions, workshops, and communication strategies to facilitate smooth transitions to new technologies. - Spearhead change management and adoption strategies for modern cloud data platforms. - Influence enterprise data management and architecture by identifying key capabilities that deliver business value. - Oversee the development of enterprise data foundations, reusable data models, and governed data products. - Take charge of Service Integrator governance, quality of delivery, and alignment with architectural standards. - Manage the complete lifecycle of data products, including stakeholder engagement, design, rollout, and retirement of outdated solutions. - Provide impactful data solutions that empower strategic decisions across various sectors within our organization. - Collaborate with business leaders in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Product, Channel, Marketing, and other divisions to gather analytical requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Lead efforts in requirements gathering, project scoping, and the delivery of solutions. - Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of BI Engineers and Analysts, creating a collaborative, high-performance atmosphere. - Allocate workloads effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects and reports. - Offer coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
