Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in architectural roles
- Depth of understanding in Finance, Procurement, and/or HR sectors
- Proven experience with both SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Coupa, BlackLine, Esker, Workday, Informatica)
- Strong expertise in defining architectures and governing solution designs
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, BIZBOK) and tools (LeanIX, Signavio) is desirable
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives is preferred
- Background in manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and evolution of target-state architectures and capability roadmaps across the Finance, Indirect Procurement, Finance MDM, HR, and Legal domains
- Shape enterprise transformation projects, including migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and enhancements in Coupa and Workday
- Forge trusted advisory relationships with senior-level executives in Finance, Procurement, HR, and Legal
- Align business objectives with architectural strategies and capability roadmaps
- Influence investment and program choices by providing insights on trade-offs, risks, and long-range effects
- Translate strategic goals into actionable architectural designs to steer portfolio planning and execution
- Oversee architectural governance within designated domains, leading solution review and alignment processes
- Participate in Architecture Review Boards (ARBs) to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Guide solution architects and project teams across SAP and non-SAP environments, ensuring cohesive outcomes
- Identify areas for process simplification, automation, and enhancements in data quality
