Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering with advancing responsibilities
- Proficient in creating and maintaining enterprise BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau
- Skilled in developing and managing ETL/ELT workflows utilizing Alteryx and Fabric data pipelines
- Strong experience in advanced SQL development, optimization, and data modeling
- Familiar with modern ETL/ELT tools such as Alteryx and Fabric Pipelines
- In-depth knowledge of data visualization best practices and semantic modeling
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for influencing executive stakeholders
- Experience with SAP S4, financial data, and enterprise-scale data warehouses is preferred
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Directors, VPs, and functional leaders to align BI strategies with business objectives and promote analytics across the enterprise
- Transform strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and standardized reporting frameworks
- Direct the design and governance of BI architecture, including semantic models and pipelines for Power BI, Fabric, and Tableau
- Manage performance tuning, scalability, and data governance across all BI solutions
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance in deliverables
- Advocate for best practices in dashboard design, storytelling, and data visualization to enhance clarity and business impact
- Identify and champion opportunities for process automation, data quality enhancements, and cost savings by leveraging advanced analytics
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure agreement on requirements, data definitions, and solution delivery
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to BI platforms and data integration
