IS Systems Analyst Lead - D365 Sales

- Lead the CRM functionality by managing and customizing the system to enhance business processes and meet user requirements. - Collaborate with business partners to define and document functional and technical requirements that clearly outline the design, architecture, and objectives of essential solutions. - Serve as the primary contact for Dynamics 365 CRM-related issues, assessing impacts from enterprise modifications or integrations related to technology, business capabilities, compliance, IT security, and infrastructure. - Adhere to established change delivery processes while proposing process and tooling enhancements, and automation where feasible. - Engage in the hiring, mentoring, and onboarding of new team members. - Define system designs that address business needs while considering existing code, performance expectations, integration points, and potential impacts of changes. - Execute coding and configuration customizations, conduct code walkthroughs, and assist team members as necessary. - Manage user permissions, create workflow rules, analyze data, coordinate integrations, and maintain data integrity. - Ensure system uptime and manage the execution of any backend jobs successfully. - Acquire knowledge and offer support for application performance management tools on the platform. - Analyze production issues to identify root causes and determine appropriate resolutions, providing coaching to team members when necessary. - Offer on-call support during critical operational issues, enterprise migrations, Hypercare phases, and provide infrastructure support. - Have knowledge of Azure App Insights.
