Requirements
Must:
- Extensive practical experience in O9 integration and configuration.
- At least 4 years of direct participation in O9 demand and supply chain development and execution.
- Proficiency in O9 allocation development to manage ongoing requirements.
- Serve as the main technical contact for the functional team to address new demands.
- Contribute to deployments, rollouts, and continuous daily enhancements.
- Design and test custom O9 allocation programs facilitating data conversions, interfaces, and methodologies for O9 project implementation.
- Familiarity with SAP interfaces will be a plus.
- Gather functional and business requirements from users and partner with technical teams on design and deployment.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and lead the functional design approval process.
- Prepare and review documentation to ensure completeness and precision.
- Collaborate on projects with end users and team members.
- Interact with business users, client managers, and specialists to grasp requirements and the broader implementation context.
- Capable of high-level solution design tailored to specific needs.
- Propose various solution options based on requirements.
- Make independent decisions and engage directly with clients, guiding solutions until go-live and maintaining communication with key stakeholders.
- Strong skills in organization, analysis, planning, and communication.
- Proven capability in testing complex test plans/scripts.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Comprehend Medlines business processes in the supply chain and related fields.
- Collaborate with Medline business users to gather and document functional/non-functional requirements.
- Transform documented requirements and proposed solutions into robust system designs for development by teams in India or the US. Analyze the design to identify impact areas and create corresponding test plans.
- Cooperate with developers to comprehend the designs and confirm that the software solution meets business needs.
- Assist development personnel in creating and unit testing these designs, regardless of the development language used.
- Formulate testing strategies and implement application test plans.
- Help testing teams execute test plans effectively.
- Diagnose reported system issues utilizing data analysis and debugging tools as needed.
- Act as the primary contact for managing support queries during Medline Indias business hours, including end-user inquiries and scheduled batch job concerns.
- Provide feedback to both Development and Functional teams to ensure adherence to schedules and quality expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with Configuration Analysts at Corporate Headquarters to stay updated on new and modified business processes and system enhancements.
- Offer consistent verbal communication and clear written documentation of all assignments.
- Provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager to assist in project scheduling.
