Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable front-end applications using React, Angular, Next.js, and Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Node.js, with strong knowledge of Accessibility (a11y) and WCAG compliance
- Experience leading greenfield projects from design to deployment, using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Java, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, with a focus on designing scalable APIs and data-driven applications
- Familiarity with cloud deployment on AWS and Azure, utilizing services such as Lambda, Kubernetes, EC2, and Azure Functions
- Understanding of SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development (TDD) using tools like Jest, Karma, and Jasmine
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and integrate new or existing application systems and software
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Analyze customer requirements and devise technical solutions to fulfill both business and technical needs
- Define the standards for deliverables and processes within the team
- Troubleshoot complex issues and serve as an escalation point for team members
- Identify and create systems/architecture/processes that enhance business value
- Represent organizational initiatives while collaborating with various teams
- Prioritize key assignments alongside any ad-hoc tasks
- Lead projects or stages of broader projects and ensure accountability for ongoing activities
- Utilize appropriate technologies for designing, writing, testing, debugging, and documenting new and modified processes
- Foster continuous improvement within all software development practices
- Provide technical expertise and analysis in consultations with software system stakeholders
Description
We are Medline Industries, LP, located in Northfield, IL, and we are looking for Software Engineers to join our dedicated team. Our full-time roles offer a structured work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary range of $150,672.00 to $173,160.00 annually. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) contributions, and paid time off for employees averaging 30 or more hours weekly.
