Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

- Serve as a trusted advisor, connecting business objectives with technical execution across interdisciplinary teams. - Foster data literacy through training for functional partners and promote the adoption of self-service analytics. - Develop and implement Center of Excellence standards, frameworks, and best practices. - Lead training sessions, workshops, and communication strategies to facilitate smooth transitions to new technologies. - Oversee change management and encourage the usage of modern cloud data platforms. - Shape enterprise data management and architecture by recognizing capabilities that yield business value. - Oversee the development of enterprise data foundations, reusable data models, and governed data products. - Ensure timely delivery and quality of service integration governance while aligning with architectural standards. - Manage the complete lifecycle of data products, including stakeholder engagement, design, implementation, and retirement of outdated solutions. - Provide impactful data solutions that inform strategic decisions across different functional areas within our organization. - Collaborate with business leaders in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Product, Channel, Marketing, and other departments to identify analytical needs and convert them into technical solutions. - Facilitate the gathering of requirements, project scoping, and the delivery of solutions. - Supervise, mentor, and nurture a team of BI Engineers and Analysts, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Organize workload distribution, establish priorities, and ensure the timely delivery of projects and reports. - Offer coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
