Senior IT Automation Engineer

- Design, implement, and sustain a scalable, reliable, and secure Infrastructure Automation platform - Deliver Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) solutions to meet customer and operational needs - Promote a team culture focused on customer service and proactively address platform-related issues - Develop and manage automated systems for build, deployment, and monitoring to ensure platform reliability - Troubleshoot platform issues in collaboration with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams - Work alongside Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, and Development teams to enhance self-service platform capabilities - Cooperate with IT Operations and Network Operations Center for cloud infrastructure management and monitoring - Partner with Quality Assurance Automation team to integrate automated testing in deployment pipelines - Collaborate with Compliance and Security teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards and cybersecurity safety - Engage in ITIL-based change, incident, and problem management for automation platform solutions - Document platform requirements, functional specifications, and operational procedures - Mentor and coach junior team members - Manage platform expenses and budget in collaboration with the IT Finance Division - Occasional work-from-home options are permitted, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site required
