Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in architect roles
- In-depth knowledge of Finance, Procurement, and/or HR domains from a functional and architectural perspective
- Proficiency with both SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Coupa, BlackLine, Esker, Workday, and Informatica
- Strong expertise in architecture definition and governance of solution design
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, BIZBOK) and tools (LeanIX, Signavio) is preferred
- Experience with transformations involving SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Background in manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution sectors is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of future-state architectures and capability roadmaps in key domains
- Shape enterprise transformation initiatives, particularly SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and Coupa expansions
- Establish and maintain trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders across various functions
- Align business objectives with architectural direction and capability roadmaps
- Influence investment decisions by evaluating trade-offs and risks involved
- Translate strategic goals into actionable architectural plans for implementation
- Oversee architecture governance for assigned domains, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards
- Chair Architecture Review Boards to validate solution designs
- Guide solution architects and delivery teams within SAP and non-SAP environments
- Collaborate closely with SAP Platform and Integration Architects to ensure systems cohesion
- Provide architectural oversight and identify opportunities for simplification and data quality enhancement

This role is central to our Enterprise Architecture team, reporting directly to the Head of EA.
