Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau
- Experience managing ETL/ELT workflows with tools like Alteryx
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and semantic layer construction
- Ability to define KPIs and transform business objectives into viable data solutions
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in optimization
- Familiarity with modern ETL/ELT instruments such as Alteryx and Fabric Pipelines
- Understanding of data visualization best practices
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align BI strategies with organizational goals and foster widespread analytics adoption
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and uniform reporting structures
- Lead the design and governance of BI frameworks, semantic models, and data pipelines across various platforms
- Ensure performance enhancement, scalability, and governance standards for all BI solutions
- Mentor and guide analysts, reviewing work for precision, uniformity, and efficiency
- Advocate best practices in dashboard creation, storytelling, and data visualization to enhance clarity and business impact
- Identify and exploit opportunities for process automation, data quality enhancement, and financial savings via advanced analytics
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure harmony on requirements and data definitions
- Address and resolve intricate BI platform and data integration challenges
