Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical certification, education, or experience
- 1-3 years of experience with SAP ECC Security
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA security
- Proficient in setting up SAP user accounts
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Understanding of audit procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage daily SAP Security help desk tickets
- Understand the principles and policies of role-based access control
- Provision SAP user accounts, including creating, modifying, and removing accounts
- Effectively communicate with the IT team and business users regarding security concerns
- Prepare and gather security data for auditors
- Develop and maintain documentation, including work instructions and procedures
- Ensure accuracy and detail in all work
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands
