Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business management, computer science, information systems, or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in delivering and architecting extensive SAP SD and Vistex solutions.
- More than 2 years of experience planning and implementing solutions in V4 and S/4HANA environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of significant Vistex modules, including Incentive Administration, Paybacks, Chargebacks, DMP, and DMR, along with the implementation of Calculation Buckets and Condition Contracts.
- Practical experience in multiple Vistex functional areas such as chargebacks, billbacks, rebates, membership, pricing, data objects, accrual reporting, and price maintenance.
- Familiarity with Vistex Data Objects, VIZI reporting, Fiori apps, and SAP BTP.
- Understanding of Contract Pricing, Membership, Price Maintenance, Pricing Catalogs, and chargeback reconciliation.
- Capability to function as an individual contributor while fostering strong stakeholder and team interactions.
- Highly self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an appreciation of both long-term and short-term solution perspectives.
- Proficiency in influencing senior management.
- Skilled in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Broad functional understanding of other SAP modules such as SD, FI, and MM.
- ABAP debugging and performance tuning expertise is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) along with proficiency in stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with off-site team members in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute Vistex modules including Paybacks, Chargebacks, Incentive Administration, and Rebates, addressing functionalities such as contract administration, pricing, chargeback processing, billback processing, reconciliation, incentives, rebate management, data objects, DMP, Vizi reporting, and Fiori apps.
- Play a pivotal role in significant projects by leading requirements and solution design workshops; create Key Decision Documents, solution blueprints, and engaging presentations to foster alignment and final decisions.
- Lead the planning and deployment of Vistex V4 solutions for the S4 roadmap, including project landscape strategy, object governance, and coordination with interconnected applications (e.g., BI, EDI, low-code platforms).
- Manage vendor relationships with Vistex and SAP for product updates, licensing, and support escalations.
- Collaborate and coordinate with external consultants and system integrators during implementations or upgrades.
- Steer change management processes, including communication with stakeholders, training plans, and strategies for user adoption.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Vistex and SAP SD price management capabilities.
- Identify and architect new solution opportunities while collaborating with internal resources to act as a trusted advisor for Medlines business and IT teams.
- Lead new technology initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and feature demonstrations involving business and application teams alongside Vistex product teams.
- Assist in business case development for new solutions and technology initiatives.
- Act as an expert advisor to business and IT management on solution architecture and technology best practices in the SAP SD and Vistex revenue management domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional application teams to devise suitable solutions.
- Propose innovative strategies to enhance business value and minimize operational costs.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies like AI, analytics, predictive rebates, and contextual reporting.
- Conceptualize, establish, and uphold application governance frameworks and practices, including functional documentation.
- Collaborate with SAP enterprise and domain architects to coordinate design reviews and Vistex product roadmap strategies.
- Work with Medlines SAP SD/Vistex teams to streamline product backlog and encourage cross-functional synergies.
- Oversee functional and technical reviews for solution designs and migrations.
- Work together with functional leads/SMEs to centralize the archiving strategy for Vistex application areas.
- Lead discussions on cross-functional initiatives and projects impacted by new Vistex solutions.
- Define strategies for master data governance for Vistex-related objects such as agreements, claims, and pricing conditions.
- Ensure Vistex solutions adhere to internal security policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Partner with security teams to implement role-based access and data protection strategies.
- Supervise RICEFW developments, ensuring comprehensive documentation and testing.
- Provide guidance to analysts and developers during build and testing phases.
- Analyze system performance and proactively identify bottlenecks within Vistex processes.
- Recommend and implement strategies for performance tuning in complex agreement, rebates, and pricing scenarios.
- Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation assistance.
- Monitor and address system issues ensuring the timely delivery of enhancements.
- Stay updated with SAP and Vistex application innovations.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, FI modules, and external systems (e.g., EDI, IDoc, CRM, CLM, low-code platforms).
