Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, particularly in OTM configurations, implementations, and post-launch support.
- Experience integrating OTM with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and various WMS platforms.
- Demonstrated success in delivering OTM projects across different industries.
- Strong understanding of OTM modules and their configurations.
- Familiarity with integration tools and protocols, such as XML, EDI, Web Services, and RFC.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and project management expertise.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other database technologies.
- Preferred:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Transportation Management or similar software.
- Capability to train and document processes for end-users and technical teams.
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities for OTM post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, system setup, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams including IT, logistics, and supply chain to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze business processes and transportation needs to deliver effective OTM solutions.
- Ensure system compatibility and seamless integration with other enterprise solutions (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Provide technical guidance on OTM functionalities including order management, shipment planning, freight settlement, and carrier management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Assist in developing and executing test plans for system validation and user acceptance testing.
