Lead Analyst, Coupa & AP

- Lead and support the Source2Pay area within Coupa and other Accounts Payable applications while collaborating with the Finance and AP team - Troubleshoot system issues by coordinating with internal IT, finance teams, and external vendors - Serve as a technical product manager to facilitate successful discovery and deployment of Accounts Payable initiatives - Conduct requirements gathering and workshops with business stakeholders - Assist business partners and product owners in formulating system requirements for the product backlog, and perform gap and data analysis to identify areas for improvement - Provide functional clarification and set expectations for technical team members and clients - Document requirements, create specifications, wireframes, change requests, test cases, and strategy roadmaps - Offer guidance and conduct peer reviews to support fellow team members - Observe team workflows and suggest process or tooling improvements to enhance efficiency - Foster partnerships with cross-departmental teams to promote collaboration and build comprehensive solutions across various business units - Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulatory requirements - Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to design an effective system monitoring plan and manage system alerts - Maintain a knowledge base to effectively resolve recurring requests and inquiries - Conduct root cause analyses for system-related incidents - Collaborate with the team manager on capacity management and staff feedback - Mentor team members by providing guidance and conducting peer reviews to enhance performance - Serve as a key liaison among Procurement, Accounting, IT, and third-party vendors to resolve process and system issues - Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing the procure-to-pay lifecycle through technology and best practices - Participate in enterprise projects, including system implementations and UAT testing.
