IT Release Analyst

- Conduct pre and post-implementation assessments of all changes executed through the change management process. - Organize recurring maintenance windows for system patching and quarterly outages. - Develop and report on key performance indicators pertaining to IT Release Management; undertake ancillary technology-related tasks as required. - Ensure critical stakeholders are kept informed of changes and clearly communicate their expected impacts. - Monitor the execution of change management initiatives to minimize disruptions to standard business operations, collaborating with the incident management team. - Oversee root cause analyses and corrective action planning related to change management initiatives. - Ensure proper documentation regarding proposed changes is collected, organized, and stored; manage the release schedule across core services while ensuring alignment with partners and vendors. - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance release management processes. - Identify changes to the customer environment and technology trends that could influence service delivery. - Complete necessary tasks related to the change and release management lifecycle, including preparing and presenting required documentation to change approval authorities. - Coordinate with Change Management, Incident/Problem Management, and other service management processes. - Assist governance leaders in analyzing metrics associated with change and release management. - Coach and mentor team members on developmental processes and facilitate training sessions. - Participate actively in weekly IT Change Advisory Board meetings.
