Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or a comparable field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience across diverse IT solution development areas, including technical/infrastructure architecture, application development, cloud technology, network management, and middleware.
- Proficient in cloud technologies for designing and building applications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with ERP and middleware applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Talend).
- Strong experience in delivering presentations to senior executives and technical audiences.
- Knowledge of various software development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, .NET, PHP, ABAP).
- Experience with various database technologies (MSSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, HANA).
- Competence in developing system designs, strategies, evaluations, and roadmaps.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Solid understanding of product management, agile principles, and methodologies, with the ability to support agile teams in navigating technical and architectural challenges.
- Strong interpersonal abilities in teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proficient analytical and technical abilities.
- Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
- Adept at influencing and guiding stakeholders in decision-making processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise technology architecture, including business, information, data, network, and security aspects.
- Ability to implement various diagramming and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with strategic and emerging technology trends and their application in evolving business and operating models.
- Proficient in working within a team environment and leading cross-functional teams.
- Thorough understanding of our companys processes, organization, customers, and business models.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant on a wide array of technology, platforms, and vendor solutions to drive targeted business objectives while ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Partner with management, business leaders, IT architecture, and other stakeholders to align the business roadmap with operational strategies.
- Assess the organizational and financial impacts of the solutions architecture on skills, processes, structures, and culture.
- Conduct expert analysis, research, and design technical solutions that facilitate business capabilities and functions.
- Stay informed on current technology trends both industry-wide and specifically related to deployed applications. Lead technical design, analysis, development, and delivery efforts.
- Oversee evaluation, design, and analysis for implementing a solutions architecture specific to a groups business applications or technologies in accordance with enterprise strategies and requirements.
- Convert business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to meet business goals, documenting all architecture design and analysis efforts.
- Create architectural designs that offer clarity and actionable guidance for solution development across various projects, products, and systems.
- Collaborate with product owners and project/product managers to establish a sound architectural framework that can accommodate future business needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide consulting support to application teams, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise solutions and application architectures.
