IS Systems Analyst Lead - D365 Sales

- Oversee and customize the CRM system to enhance business processes and fulfill user requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop functional and technical specifications that effectively communicate the design, architecture, and business goals of necessary solutions. - Serve as the primary liaison for Dynamics 365 CRM-related issues and assess impacts resulting from enterprise changes or integrated systems, including technology, business capabilities, compliance, IT security, and infrastructure considerations. - Follow established change delivery processes while suggesting process and tooling improvements and automation where applicable. - Engage in the recruitment, mentoring, and onboarding process for new team members. - Determine suitable system designs to address business needs while considering existing code, design patterns, performance expectations, integration points, and potential downstream impacts. - Execute coding and configuration customizations, conduct code walkthroughs, and assist team members as required. - Manage user permissions, create workflow rules, analyze data, coordinate integrations, and ensure data integrity. - Prioritize maintaining system uptime and ensuring successful operation of backend jobs. - Acquire knowledge and provide support for application performance management tools utilized within the platform. - Investigate production issues as necessary to identify their causes and determine appropriate resolutions, providing coaching to team members as needed. - Offer on-call support during critical operational scenarios, enterprise migrations, Hypercare, and infrastructure assistance. - Understand Azure App Insights for performance monitoring.
