Requirements
Must:
- Typically holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area.
- 6+ years of experience across various IT solution development disciplines, such as technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development.
- Profound comprehension of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and their significance in enterprise digital transformation.
- Familiarity with integration frameworks (APIs, connectors, middleware, event-driven architecture, RPA).
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), DevOps tailored to low-code, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies.
- Awareness of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), data governance, and security protocols.
- Understanding of governance and compliance concerning low-code development (data residency, licensing, security).
- Proven capability to leverage the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) to architect, govern, and scale Microsoft Power Platform and Azure solutions, including strategy for environments, security, governance, and operational efficacy.
- Solid knowledge of the TOGAF framework for establishing domain architecture standards, managing architectural repositories, and ensuring coherence with enterprise and portfolio architecture.
- Ability to create scalable low-code solutions that align with enterprise architecture.
- Superior solution architecture capabilities (data modeling, workflow design, integration with both legacy and modern systems).
- Hands-on experience in developing Power Apps, automation flows, and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in formulating governance structures for both citizen development and IT-driven low-code development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to balance speed with enterprise-grade design.
- Competence in converting business requirements into low-code architectural methodologies and reusable components.
- Capability to mentor and guide development teams (both citizen developers and professional developers).
- Proficiency in establishing standards, reference architectures, and reusable templates for Power Platform.
- Skill in creating governance frameworks and ensuring compliance/security in low-code adoption.
- Ability to influence at the enterprise level, shaping the roadmap for low-code adoption.
- Aptitude for balancing innovation with governance, ensuring agility without sacrificing enterprise controls.
- Experience in designing and integrating low-code platforms with AI services (Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate AI Builder) to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
- Competence in crafting and deploying AI-enabled agents for process automation, knowledge management, and intelligent user interaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Portfolio architects to ensure all architectural requirements are satisfied during the design phase.
- Create and maintain architectural repositories and decision logs.
- Develop domain-specific architectural blueprints, frameworks, technology standards, and patterns.
- Identify technical risks associated with domain architectures and high-risk design elements.
- Assess applications that require redesign, remediation, or classification as rationalization targets.
- Investigate trends specific to the technology domain and assess their relevance to the organization.
- Understand how architectural decisions affect the specific domain and ensure alignment with overall enterprise strategies.
