Requirements

Must:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP MM, including all ECC versions and S4 HANA. - Profound knowledge of various MM processes, business scenarios, P2P, Inventory Management, and MRP. - Strong expertise with interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems. - Solid background in Logistics Execution and Transportation. - Experience with Inventory rebalancing and network optimization. - Minimum 2 years of SAP system implementation (configuration) experience in MM modules. - Ability to analyze processes and propose changes to support improvements, translating them into SAP solutions. - Comprehensive understanding of release strategies in MM and Inventory Management features. - Previous experience in a Team Lead capacity. - Proven track record in testing complex test plans/scripts and managing enhancements from requirements gathering to production deployment. - Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues. - Eager to learn with a positive attitude. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with all stakeholders. - Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate effectively with the Information Systems team, business units, and external partners, fostering agreement among diverse groups. - Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members promptly and effectively. - Take initiative to resolve challenges and lead the team in addressing them. - Foster a positive atmosphere by inviting and recognizing others ideas while challenging existing norms. - Align the teams vision with the broader organizational goals, ensuring successful task delegation and management. - Communicate clearly and impactfully across all groups within Information Systems, engaging stakeholders in a timely manner. - Understand functional areas within core MM and complex business processes, ensuring seamless integration points. - Identify and address competency gaps within the team by implementing measures for improvement. - Ensure accurate business impact assessments for reported issues. - Organize team suggestions for alternative solutions in case of service disruptions to minimize impact. - Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines. - Formulate designs for complex requirements, guiding team members in development and design reviews. - Independently tackle and resolve basic to complex issues, ensuring solutions are documented and shared. - Facilitate coordination among team members and relevant stakeholders for fruitful discussions and outcomes.
