Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent foreign qualification, along with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end BI implementations utilizing SAP ECC, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, GCP, Azure, Alteryx, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing, reverse-engineering, and migrating legacy data models from older systems, including AlteryX and TDV, to new solutions with HANA, Azure, and Fabric.
- Skilled in providing self-service BI support, facilitating user ad-hoc reporting, and empowering data-driven decision-making.
- Competent in executing root cause analyses, resolving issues, and optimizing processes to enhance system performance.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining SAP HANA objects and dashboards across various platforms like Power BI, Tableau, and BOBJ.
- Experienced in designing, optimizing, and debugging SAP HANA views, data models, and ETLs, serving as the foundation for BI reporting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver robust business intelligence, visualization, reporting, and analytics solutions across SAP domains, such as Finance, Sales & Distribution, Material Management, CRM, and Audit & Fraud Management.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SAP HANA views, data models, and ETLs to support BI reporting effectively.
- Lead the requirement gathering, planning, task assignment, execution, project documentation, and regular reporting for the successful delivery of BI solutions.
- Track departmental KPIs and implement strategies to enhance both the quality and reporting of data.
- Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and provide training on BI tools and technologies to new users.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and data visualization methods pertinent to Business Intelligence.
- Create proof of concepts (POCs) and integration solutions using GCP, Azure, Fabric, and HANA to foster innovation.
- Assist non-technical Finance team members in streamlining month-end reporting processes into efficient, automated solutions.
- Analyze and reconcile diverse data sources to establish a clear source of truth for departmental KPIs and financial metrics.
- Allow for flexible telecommuting, while requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week, with no expected national or international travel involvement.
