Associate Technology Analyst

- Provide support for Medlines EDI production environments by analyzing and resolving issues. - Offer technical assistance for EDI B2B communications, system integrations, and development of interfaces, particularly for low to medium complexity solutions. - Work closely with business users to gather requirements, assess solution alternatives, and convert needs into system specifications with limited supervision. - Oversee EDI solution delivery and support tasks independently, seeking advice from senior colleagues for intricate matters and accessing organizational resources when necessary. - Act as the primary liaison for related queries and enhancements, maintaining strong connections with internal teams, customers, and vendors. - Manage and coordinate partner data transactions, encompassing setup, testing, troubleshooting, and compliance across various networks and systems. - Use technical tools for data analysis, resolving mapping discrepancies, and supporting ongoing processes to ensure seamless operational performance and issue resolution. - Conduct testing, implementation, and maintenance of partner definitions and translation objects, utilizing the appropriate software tools and adhering to quality benchmarks. - Generate and update documentation, including business process/system designs, user manuals, procedures, and training materials, in accordance with departmental guidelines. - Provide after-hours support for critical incidents as required. - Effectively communicate across teams and levels, sharing knowledge, offering updates on progress, and maintaining professionalism and collaboration.
