Responsibilities

- I provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals tasked with managing applications. - I set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for my team. - I coach, mentor, and support team members to promote their professional development. - I oversee the planning, deployment, development, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of business applications. - I establish and enforce governance practices for applications, including change management, release management, and documentation. - I monitor application performance, availability, and scalability, taking proactive steps to enhance performance and reduce downtime. - I manage relationships with application vendors, handling contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance evaluations. - I act as a liaison between IT and various business units, ensuring effective communication and understanding. - I collaborate with business stakeholders to grasp their application needs and align IT strategies with business goals. - I identify opportunities to improve existing applications or implement new technologies to enhance business efficiency and innovation. - I stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in application management. - I work with the IT leadership team to define and execute the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - I promote a culture of continuous improvement within my team, encouraging innovative ideas and process enhancements.

The expected salary range for this position is $115,440.00 - $173,160.00 annually, with the actual salary dependent on the applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or incentives. We ensure compliance with minimum wage and salary thresholds. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and more for employees averaging 30 or more hours per week. Employees working fewer than 30 hours per week will receive 401(k) contributions, along with access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, and the Employee Service Corp.
