Hybrid Bilingual Member Service Rep - Mandarin/Cantonese

- Manage incoming calls from members and providers, addressing inquiries and facilitating access to services - Deliver post-enrollment orientations to members and their families or representatives - Explain service access rules and assist with appointment scheduling with healthcare providers - Handle member inquiries and grievances, informing them of their rights - Clarify content in member handbooks and online resources - Educate members on grievance processes, service authorizations, and rights to hearings - Document and resolve grievances, particularly same-day issues - Liaise between members, providers, subcontractors, and Care Managers - Conduct medication reminders as guided by the Interdisciplinary Care Team - Help members select from participating providers - Assist the Interdisciplinary Care Team with non-clinical assessments and administration - Process authorizations as directed by the Care Team - Use adaptive communication tools to assist members with special needs - Support members in the Medicaid renewal process - Engage in special projects and initiatives as required
