IT support technician

- Provide in-person support for general user IT inquiries - Manage, prioritize, and resolve tickets in the IT support queue - Address employee questions regarding computer systems and potential IT solutions - Collect and analyze data to identify issues with computer systems and equipment - Adjust configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve computer problems - Create user accounts and generate logins for new hires during onboarding - Assist employees with account lockouts and password resets - Deactivate user accounts and revoke access upon employee termination - Install new software and hardware and update drivers as necessary - Communicate directly with employees about the status of support requests (IT tickets) - Document all support requests and update IT tickets as required - Proactively identify and address potential issues - Continuously assess areas needing improvement, focusing on workflow efficiency - Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours work for urgent matters - Assist the IT Director with new facility startup projects - Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies - Travel to remote offices, partner sites, or client locations as needed - Perform other related tasks as assigned.
