Technical Project Manager - Agile & DevOps

- Plan, direct, and coordinate IT projects to achieve project goals on time and within budget - Define project objectives and determine the scope and charter for each project - Collaborate with key project personnel to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and document solutions - Develop the project plan by identifying deliverables, milestones, scheduling, and technical tasks - Utilize analytical skills for requirements gathering, functional specifications, and test plan creation - Assess staffing needs and allocate resources for each project phase - Communicate with project teams to outline work plans, assign roles, and delineate responsibilities - Ensure clear communication of all responsibilities from requirements gathering to quality assurance - Facilitate regular status meetings to monitor progress against milestones and identify potential risks - Manage project-related risks through active identification, communication, tracking, and mitigation - Create and share regular status reports with management, clients, and the project team - Oversee the completeness of project documentation and ensure necessary approvals at each phase - Manage post-release activities including assessing downstream impacts and coordinating deployment - Mentor less experienced project managers and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders
