Senior Data Analyst - Hybrid Role

- Develop, write, and optimize intricate SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze extensive datasets from various sources - Conduct advanced analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual data presentations to support business performance - Automate recurring reports and enhance efficient and scalable reporting processes - Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business goals and translate those into analytical solutions - Perform deep-dive and root cause analyses to guide recommendations and decision-making - Clearly present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership - Act as a subject matter expert on metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting tools - Partner with data engineering teams to refine data models, pipelines, and ETL processes - Define and document business rules, data definitions, and quality benchmarks - Validate and reconcile data to ensure reliable analytics and reporting - Lead analytical workflows and manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Support cross-functional initiatives with analytical insights - Mentor junior team members and promote SQL development and analytics best practices - Undertake additional duties as assigned - Use, protect, and share patients protected health information (PHI) only in compliance with HIPAA standards - Uphold Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures consistently - Limit access to PHI to only what is necessary for assigned tasks
