Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in network administration
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, IPv6, VPNs, and firewalls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred certifications include CCNA or CompTIA Network+
- Experience in federally regulated environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Configure and sustain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems
- Upgrade network infrastructure to comply with vulnerability management standards
- Document standard operating procedures for network maintenance
- Implement security protocols to protect systems
- Research and suggest automated methods for system administration tasks
- Assess network systems to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Aid in maintaining ongoing audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation planning
- Collaborate with peers and management to ensure timely project completion
