Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or an Associates degree with an additional 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Software Engineering or 2 years of experience coding applications in a high-level language (C, C++, Golang, Java, C#, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Solid technical proficiency in crafting and deploying software solutions
- Experience with contemporary application development frameworks
- Understanding of professional software engineering methodologies and best practices throughout the software development life cycle, including coding standards and testing
- Expertise in technical skills with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Additional desirable skills: proficiency in various open-source technologies and cloud platforms, experience with Google and Azure environments, and familiarity with healthcare software development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HCM integrations for Mayo Clinics Oracle ERP System
- Focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fast Formula for Core HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll modules
- Create and support integration code utilizing the required technologies
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule
- Adapt to changing project requirements effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration processes
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry best practices and technologies.
