Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate degree with 7 years of relevant experience
- Ability to facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts effectively
- In-depth understanding of Mayo Clinics operational protocols and systems
- Previous experience in project or program management is highly preferred
- Capability to envision innovative workflows and contribute ideas for transformative processes to achieve the 2030 Bold Forward goal
- Strong grasp of HR data domains such as workforce, compensation, and time and labor
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and UKG Workforce Management is advantageous
- Proven track record in designing and delivering analytics solutions that provide workforce insights and inform business decisions
- Experience in leading the creation of semantic layers, data pipelines, and enterprise reporting frameworks
- Authorization to work and maintain employment in the U.S. without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Oversee the teams completion of assigned tasks with high quality and within deadlines
- Lead team members in their daily activities and decision-making processes across workstreams
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and empowers team members
- Maintain and enhance existing systems through strategic design choices and standardized processes
- Identify opportunities for data standardization and implement corresponding solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, including the Director, Project Drivers, Domain Leaders, and other business owners
- Engage in design activities, requirements analysis, system setup, testing, and training initiatives
- Guide team members in executing and delivering work tasks, including reviews of deliverables
- Make decisions that align with broader business objectives and encourage similar practices among team members
- Coordinate with other Senior Managers to manage interdependencies and develop cohesive solutions
- Oversee effective issue tracking and resolution processes for designated workstreams
- Manage and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Ensure timely communication and change management support for relevant audiences
- Identify necessary resources for project tasks and oversee post-implementation maintenance
- Spot potential risks related to scope, budget, and timelines while adhering to guiding principles
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders to facilitate reporting
- Enable team agility in response to leadership-approved changes
- Actively promote the project and department to peers and staff, delivering consistent messages about benefits and leading by example
- Responsible for the technical and functional design documentation and testing processes
