Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in management, industrial engineering, systems engineering, operations research, business administration, analytics, artificial intelligence, or a health-related field preferred with 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations optimization, workflow and staffing analysis, management and systems engineering, digital technology enablement, or applied analytics and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in the aforementioned fields with 6 years of experience also acceptable.
- General understanding of core business consulting methods, models, and frameworks.
- Proven track record in executing moderately complex process improvement projects.
- Strong project management capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare operations and systems.
- Proficient in office software and project simulation tools like Excel, Visio, and Tableau for data visualization and decision support.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel regionally, nationally, or internationally as required.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities, particularly for executive-level presentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide business consulting services from discovery through execution for internal business units, oversight committees, and external clients.
- Conduct complex business case analyses and develop actionable recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Define client needs and functionality early in the project lifecycle, documenting requirements and overseeing design synthesis and system validation.
- Manage multifaceted projects and identify innovative solutions for operational challenges, facilitating organizational change.
- Promote and implement transformative solutions in departments, leveraging analytics and operational methods.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects at local and enterprise levels, enhancing collaboration with internal and external clients.
- Design and develop new business processes, maximizing operational efficiency.
- Generate and implement best practices and frameworks, contributing to sustained transformational capabilities.
