Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, health science, or a related field with 4 years of experience
- Bachelors degree with 6 years of experience
- Strong experience applying AI and machine learning in production healthcare environments or similar regulated industries
- Proven track record of leading complex projects with successful outcomes
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure and software development tools
- Experience handling large, complex data sets, ideally in healthcare
- Proficient in AI/ML techniques and frameworks
- Familiarity with best practices in data engineering, data science, and MLOps
- Initiative in administration, education, software development, and technical reporting
- Commitment to mentoring less-experienced team members with strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation of complex agentic and LLM-enabled solutions, including UiPath Maestro orchestration and multi-agent systems
- Build and deploy advanced ML, LLM, and agentic components with production-level reliability and monitoring
- Establish evaluation, oversight, and responsible AI practices for pillar solutions in alignment with Mayo Clinic standards
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect on architecture and standards, and engage with delivery teams during implementation
- Mentor AI/ML Engineers within the pillar to foster their professional growth
- Represent the Finance Shared Services in cross-pillar AI forums, sharing insights with Revenue Cycle and IA Enablement
- Assess emerging AI technologies and guide adoption within the pillar
