Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 4 years of experience.
- Experience in information security, operational analysis, process transformation, electronic systems implementation, leadership, systems analysis, and project management involving enterprise initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and platforms, particularly with securing SaaS, IaaS, and zero trust environments.
- Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and cloud-based security measures.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps for pipeline management and integrating security within development workflows (DevSecOps).
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI, for security metrics and risk analysis.
- Exposure to AI and emerging technologies to enhance security analytics and operational efficiency.
- Skills in developing business requirements and participating in system change testing and validation to meet security and operational needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, attending on-site events and team collaborations as required.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between technology and business operations, collaborating with oversight committees.
- Understand and apply industry-standard information security principles, as well as change management and project management methodologies.
- Integrate various disciplines, including risk management and regulatory requirements, into strategic planning.
- Employ problem-solving techniques and analytical tools to meet organizational objectives.
- Conduct assessments of information security and address inquiries from customers.
- Monitor cyber security risks and ensure compliance with established information security policies and procedures.
- Develop, support, and assess security prototypes.
- Manage information security processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create, coordinate, and deliver training programs relevant to security topics.
- Draft necessary policies and procedures related to information security.
- Handle a diverse range of projects with competing priorities while staying informed about recent trends in information security and technology.
