Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Design, Business, Cybersecurity, Health Informatics)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in areas such as digital health, product development, UX design, enterprise security, or systems operations
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams managing enterprise-level initiatives
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MDes, MPH) in a related discipline preferred
- Over 10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale AI-driven products
- Experience in multi-domain AI applications (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization, automation)
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of advanced AI solutions within the organization
- Oversee teams dedicated to creating scalable AI models and integrating machine learning into products
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to foster innovation and enhance performance
- Manage the full product lifecycle including strategy, prioritization, development, and deployment
- Ensure alignment between business strategy, clinical operations, and user requirements
- Implement Agile methodologies to produce impactful digital solutions
- Promote user-centered design through persona development and usability testing efforts
- Oversee the execution and standardization of experience design methodologies and tools
- Manage the enterprise-wide design systems and UX standards to ensure consistency and inclusivity
- Collaborate with technical teams to guide cybersecurity priorities and ensure information security compliance
- Cultivate a high-performing, diverse team environment while mentoring and developing team members
- Establish measurable goals and foster professional development within the team
- Drive operational excellence through strategic planning and transparency
