Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience, including 3 years of technical experience and 1 year of leadership experience
- Or an Associates degree with 9 years of experience, including 3 years of technical experience and 1 year of leadership experience
- Proven expertise in areas such as business modeling, data design, information systems design, and systems integration
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving and facilitation
- Solid foundation in one or more computing technologies
- Reliable project performance and consistency in deliverables
- Initiative and self-motivation to meet deadlines
- Experience in healthcare technology is preferred
- Capacity to work independently and lead a team
- Masters degree in a relevant field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and advance data and analytics architecture within the organization
- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective designs
- Conduct architecture reviews and create design documentation
- Evaluate technology options to support informed technical decisions
- Engage in technical planning, promoting integration and consistency across systems
- Contribute to architectural practices and the evolution of Mayo Clinics data and analytics framework
- Support the deployment of security principles in cloud environments including SaaS and IaaS
- Use data visualization tools like Power BI for security metrics and reporting
- Assist in drafting business requirements and perform testing for system changes
