Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as engineering, mathematics, computer science, health science, or a related analytical/quantitative discipline
- Minimum of three years of professional or research experience in data science
- Preferred: Masters degree or PhD in a relevant field and at least one year of professional or research experience in data
- Proven ability to create predictive models using advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques
- Experience providing consultative services to various departments or committees
- Demonstrated knowledge of several problem-solving methodologies and analytical tools
- Strong analytical and time management skills, adept at managing multiple projects
- Ability to stay updated on healthcare trends and enterprise changes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
- Proficient in data modeling and data exploration tools
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and validate advanced multimodal AI models integrating digital pathology, clinical text, and population health data
- Conduct data curation and execute probabilistic and self-supervised model development
- Collaborate with physicians and scientists in computational pathology and informatics
- Utilize existing scripts or software applications for data management, extraction, and analysis as necessary
- Create or modify scripts to support analytical tasks and data processes
- Provide insights for business challenges using analytics to explore and gather insights from structured and unstructured data
- Contribute to the interpretation of data analyses and assist in report writing
- Educate clients on data sets and offer training and recommendations for improvement
- Present findings in accessible terms for business or clinical understanding
