Requirements
Must:
- One to three years of experience in electrical and/or plumbing maintenance is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Possession of a current Class 1B Minnesota Boiler License is mandatory.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with our policy is required.
- Licenses and certifications including Minnesota Boiler License-Class 1B, 1A, Chief B, or Chief A are essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and repair high-pressure steam boilers and crucial mechanical/plumbing systems.
- Diagnose issues and complete preventative maintenance in alignment with policies and CMMS timelines to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Communicate effectively and assertively while addressing customer needs.
- Plan, prioritize, and organize work tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members for planning and scheduling modifications and repairs with minimal disruption to operations while adhering to budget constraints.
- Stay attentive to equipment performance and address customer requests by communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for colleagues.
