Requirements
Must:
- A masters degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, health science, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience.
- Alternatively, a bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience applying AI and machine learning in production settings or similarly regulated technology sectors, particularly with an understanding of healthcare technology.
- Proficiency in using cloud infrastructure and software development tools.
- Familiarity with large, complex, and diverse data sets, ideally within the healthcare domain.
- Expertise in AI/ML techniques and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various teams and effectively communicate intricate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of best practices in data engineering, data science, AI engineering, and the MLOps community.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models, LLM-enabled components, and agentic automations to support Finance Shared Services applications.
- Integrate AI components with UiPath automations using tools such as Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining as needed.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and the Senior AI/ML Engineer to ensure architectural alignment, reuse, and adherence to standards.
- Uphold responsible model lifecycle practices including evaluation, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
- Enhance engineering practices through code reviews, source control, CI/CD processes, and testing.
- Provide support for production solutions, troubleshoot incidents, and deliver root-cause fixes.
- Stay updated on emerging AI capabilities and identify potential applications for Finance.
