Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
- Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX up to five days a week based on client needs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field; a bachelors degree in a related area may count for 2 years of this experience.
- Proven experience with UI/UX design software such as FIGMA, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS principles is essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver user interface and experience design support for government systems, transforming mission and functional requirements into effective and user-friendly designs.
- Perform user research, workflow analysis, and usability assessments to guide design choices and confirm system usability in collaboration with government stakeholders.
- Create and manage UI/UX artifacts, such as wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design standards, ensuring adherence to government accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508) and established design guidelines.
- Work alongside government and contractor teams to facilitate system development, integration, testing, and change management activities, providing necessary UI/UX documentation and deliverables.
