Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
- Ability to be present on-site in San Antonio, TX up to five days per week based on customer needs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field. A bachelors degree in a related area can substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience utilizing UI/UX design tools such as FIGMA, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS principles.
- Bachelors degree in Web Design preferred.
- Certification as a UX Professional is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver user interface and user experience design assistance for Government systems, converting mission and functional requirements into user-friendly, accessible, and coherent designs.
- Conduct user research, workflow analyses, and usability assessments to inform design choices and validate usability, collaborating with Government stakeholders.
- Create and maintain UI/UX artifacts, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design standards, ensuring adherence to Government accessibility requirements (e.g., Section 508) and accepted design guidelines.
- Work alongside Government and contractor teams to aid in system development, integration, testing, and change management, while providing necessary UI/UX documentation and deliverables.
