Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
- Availability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX up to five days weekly, depending on customer needs.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; a bachelors degree in a related field can replace 2 years of experience.
- Proven expertise with UI/UX design tools such as FIGMA, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS principles is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver user interface and user experience design assistance for Government systems, converting mission and functional needs into usable, accessible, and consistent user-centric designs.
- Perform user research, analyze workflows, and evaluate usability to guide design choices and confirm system usability in partnership with Government stakeholders.
- Create and uphold UI/UX artifacts like wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design standards, ensuring adherence to Government accessibility requirements (e.g., Section 508) and approved design principles.
- Collaborate with Government and contractor teams to support system development, integration, testing, and change management efforts while supplying necessary UI/UX documentation and deliverables.
