Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- On-site presence in Ft Meade, MD, up to five days a week based on customer needs.
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Masters degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- IAT Level II certification mandatory.
- 10 years of relevant experience in the functional area.
- 10 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages, skilled in DevSecOps, microservices, and containers.
- 2 years of experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Amazon EKS.
- 5 years of experience using bug tracking software (e.g., Jira).
- 5 years of experience testing web-based applications across various security domains, including unclassified (NIPR), classified (SIPR), and Top Secret (JWICS).
- 5 years of leadership experience in software development projects.
- Proven experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting system tests and results to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Practical experience in integrating Restful interfaces and managing Restful information exchange.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying software in a cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of assigned projects.
- Oversee technical planning, development, testing, deployment support, and performance evaluation of system capabilities.
- Conduct high-level systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex systems.
- Provide daily technical guidance and leadership.
- Offer subject matter expertise on relevant tasks.
- Deliver analytical skills and technical knowledge to support development, process enhancement, specialized studies, and requirements definition.
- Manage oversight of contractor engineering and all phases of system development related to the JCO system and its capabilities.
- Act as the main contact for the JCC2 PMO regarding technical development and prioritizing requirements decomposition.
- Responsibilities include leading technical analyses, planning efforts, drafting and reviewing requirements documents, establishing procedures, and developing functional architectures.
