Must:
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in the related field. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is essential; a Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience. You should possess 5 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages, with the ability to effectively utilize various tool suites associated with DevSecOps, microservices, and containers. A TS/SCI clearance is required. Candidates must have demonstrated recent and relevant experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various system tests and results to ensure system operability and adherence to project standards and specifications. Additionally, you should have 3 years of experience with bug tracking software such as Jira, testing web-based applications, and utilizing Agile Test-Driven development methodologies. Practical experience in testing and analyzing Restful interfaces, as well as developing in a cloud environment, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
As a System Test Engineer on our team, I will provide subject matter expertise for the tasks at hand. My role will involve offering analytical skills to support process enhancements, conducting specialized studies, and clearly defining requirements. Typical duties will include analyzing, planning, and developing test documentation, procedures, and performing various types of both manual and automated software testing. This includes, but is not limited to, unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing. I will also undertake other technical and/or test-related responsibilities as required.

This position is contingent upon an award. Our compensation is based on various factors, including job location, education, training, experience, and internal benchmarking. The annual salary range for this role is between $110,000 and $150,000, which is one aspect of our total compensation package.
