Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
- Must be available to work onsite in San Antonio, TX, up to five days a week as needed by the client.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required.
- A Masters degree may substitute for 2 years of required experience.
- 7 years of experience in the related functional area.
- 7 years of software development experience using object-oriented and scripted languages, with proficiency in DevSecOps tools, microservices, and containers.
- 3 years of experience with bug tracking software (Jira).
- 3 years of pertinent experience in front-end web design and development.
- 3 years of experience testing web applications.
- 3 years of involvement in software development programs or projects.
- 5 years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
- 5 years of experience with at least five of the following technologies: Apache, Ember, JavaScript, Jaguar, Java, Cricket, Node.
- Proven experience in agile, user-centered application design, ensuring top-tier UI/UX standards.
- Demonstrated ability in creating system wireframes and mockups, considering various user personas.
- Proven experience in preparing and conducting system tests, documenting results for compliance with project specifications.
- Hands-on experience in cloud environment development.
- Familiarity with integrating data from unclassified to classified application deployments.

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise related to assigned tasks.
- Apply analytical skills to enable process enhancements and define requirements.
- Engage in planning, analysis, development of requirements documents, and construction of functional models.
- Develop procedures and functional architecture as well as handle related management and technical duties.
- Execute engineering tasks for front-end design and development initiatives, including creating technical design drawings, mockups, and wireframes for PMO and stakeholder review.
- Plan and implement modifications to Graphic User Interfaces (GUIs).
- Construct and optimize a variety of user interface elements and enhance system navigation to improve usability for user-facing feature development.
