Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- A Masters degree may substitute for 2 years of relevant experience.
- 7 years of experience in the functional area.
- 7 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages.
- 3 years of experience with bug tracking software (Jira).
- 3 years of recent experience in front-end web design and development.
- 3 years of experience testing web-based applications.
- 3 years of experience in software development programs or projects.
- 5 years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
- Proficiency in at least five of the following technologies: Apache, Ember, JavaScript, Jaguar, Java, Cricket, Node.
- Experience in agile, user-centric application design to ensure optimal UI/UX standards.
- Proven ability to generate system wireframes, mockups, and similar artifacts considering diverse user personas.
- Practical experience in conducting and documenting systems tests to confirm compliance with project standards.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and integrating data from unclassified to classified applications.
- Preferred: Experience in Agile Test-Driven development and with DoD DevSecOps environments.
- Preferred: 5 years experience in CI/CD software development.
- Preferred: Proficiency in using UX design tool suites (e.g., Sketch, InVision).

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned tasks.
- Utilize analytical skills to support process enhancements and detailed studies.
- Analyze, plan, and document requirements.

- Design and develop user-facing features, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Create technical design documents, mockups, and wireframes for review by project stakeholders.
- Plan and implement modifications to Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs).
- Construct and enhance various UI components to improve system navigation.
- Facilitate ease of use based on user feedback and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Test web-based applications and ensure compliance with requirements through rigorous evaluations.
