Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX up to five days a week as per client requirements.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required.
- A Masters degree can substitute for two years of experience.
- IAT Level II certification is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pertinent functional area.
- At least 10 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages, capable of utilizing tool suites for DevSecOps, microservices, and containers.
- Two years of experience with container technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and Amazon EKS.
- Five years of experience utilizing bug tracking software such as Jira.
- Five years of experience in testing web applications across various security domains: unclassified (NIPR), classified (SIPR), and Top Secret (JWICS).
- Five years of experience leading software development programs or projects.
- Proven experience in preparing, executing, and documenting system tests to ensure operability and compliance with project standards.
- Hands-on experience integrating Restful interfaces and handling Restful communication.
- Experience in developing and deploying software in a cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and implementation of assigned projects.
- Manage technical planning, development, testing, deployment support, and evaluation of system capabilities.
- Conduct high-level systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex systems, necessitating deep technical expertise.
- Offer daily technical/professional guidance and leadership.
- Provide subject matter expertise related to the tasks at hand.
- Deliver analytical and technical support to assist in development, process enhancements, specialized studies, and requirements definition.
- Exercise authority and oversight over all contractor engineering processes and phases of system development related to the JCO system and its capabilities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the JCC2 PMO concerning the technical development of prioritized capabilities and requirements breakdown.
- Lead technical analysis and planning initiatives, review requirements documents, develop procedures, create functional architecture, and perform other associated management and technical tasks.
