Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of experience in systems administration within the Department of Defense
- Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- TS/SCI clearance required
- IAM Level I certification (e.g., Security+)
- Willingness to work on-site
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions
Responsibilities
- Administer and support daily operations of computer network systems, including workstations, file servers, and web servers
- Install hardware, software, conduct system upgrades, manage network accounts, ensure network security, and create web pages and system design documentation
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security measures such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection services
- Train team members on relevant software and assist customers with IT-related inquiries
- Monitor hardware and software system configurations and provide training on computers and applications
