Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 8 years of experience in DevOps engineering or cloud automation, focusing on systems engineering and software development lifecycles
- Proficient with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Demonstrated experience in constructing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration with tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Design, establish, and sustain CI/CD pipelines to enhance application build, testing, and deployment processes
- Automate repetitive tasks such as environment setup, integration testing, security scanning, and deployment validations
- Integrate pipelines with version control systems, artifact repositories, monitoring solutions, and change management workflows
- Oversee and maintain cloud infrastructure across development, testing, staging, and production environments
- Implement and sustain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep
- Optimize resource utilization in the cloud for cost efficiency, performance, reliability, and security
- Offer technical supervision on cloud platform components, security measures, and operational readiness
- Construct and manage containerized workloads via Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or AKS
- Automate cluster setup, scaling, and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and uphold DevOps best practices
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications
- Assist in incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and enhance reliability
- Create and maintain operational runbooks, dashboards, and automated health checks
